Introduced to Pilates via happy accident, Libby was invited to try a reformer class at Refine Pilates. Instantly taking a liking to the movements and flow that pilates offers, she decided to embark on the journey of becoming a certified pilates instructor through Balanced Body. Outside the studio, Libby works full time as an occupational therapist and specializes in neurological injuries. She’s found that the core principles of pilates are applicable both in and outside of work. “I love that pilates is a functional workout, the combination of balance, strength, and breath carries over into all aspects of our life.” In addition to work and pilates, Libby enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, and golfing.
