April Nygaard

April was introduced to Pilates 15 years ago when she was on a quest to gain more energy, flexibility, and strength. Not only did she see a positive transformation of her body but also truly looked forward to working out.

After years of practicing Pilates, her love for fitness, health and well-being continued to grow and became a massive part of her life. In 2014 she decided to turn her passion into a career and started her journey to become a certified Pilates instructor by taking the STOTT Pilates Mat and Reformer Courses.

April loves to teach both group and private lessons and feels so fortunate to be able to share her passion for mindful movement with others to help them reach their goals and improve their wellness.

She also enjoys studying and learning about nutrition, holistic healing and alternative medicine. Outside of fitness she also love traveling, music (especially 80s New Wave), animals, cooking and reading and spending time with my family!
