My name is Maddi,

Movement has always been a huge part of my life – whether it’s hiking, strength training or running, staying active is truly my passion. Pilates has become a foundation that supports all of it. It helps me move better, feel stronger, and stay grounded in both body and mind.

My goal is to help you build, strength, find coordination, and leave class feeling more aligned, energized, and empowered – both on and off the reformer.

Outside of the studio, I’m passionate about all things wellness, exploring new places, and cultivating a life that feels intentional and inspired. I can’t wait to meet you in class!
